Central Fill Team Leader (Pharmacy)

Who are we?

You’ll be working at Fresco Farma, part of OCTA. From our hubs, we handle the processing of medications for our own pharmacies throughout the Netherlands.

Your Role

For our Central Fill hub in Almere, we’re looking for a team leader who enjoys being on the shop floor and managing the team on a daily basis.

At this hub, we process medications for pharmacies throughout the Netherlands. This takes place in a clean, safe, and quiet work environment. Working with precision is very important here.

What will you be doing?

• You’ll manage a team of logistics staff
• You’ll assign tasks and maintain an overview
• You’ll pitch in on the floor when needed
• You’ll ensure everyone follows the rules
• You’ll monitor quality and pace
• You’ll resolve minor issues immediately
• You’ll train new employees
• You’ll be the first point of contact during your shift

What do you bring to the table?

• Experience managing people
• You’re clear, calm, and honest
• You’re good at maintaining an overview
• You work with precision
• You speak and understand Dutch well
• You’re flexible and available between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Experience in logistics or production is preferred.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
