Cluster Manager / Managing Pharmacist
Your role: at the helm of the only pharmacy on the island
For Apotheek Borrendamme in Zierikzee, we are looking for a Cluster Manager / Managing Pharmacist who is willing to take overall responsibility for a large, modern community pharmacy with a turnover of over €6.5 million and a crucial role in healthcare as the only pharmacy on Schouwen-Duiveland.
What you’ll be doing:
- Ultimate responsibility for quality, patient safety and pharmaceutical care
- Leading and developing a large pharmacy team
- Financial responsibility (profit, cost control, optimisation)
- Close collaboration with GPs and healthcare partners on the island
- Strategically helping to shape the future of primary care in the region
- Making an active contribution to cluster- and group-wide development within OCTA

Who are we looking for?
- A completed degree in Pharmacy
- (Or a willingness to undertake) further training as a Specialist Community Pharmacist
- Leadership ambition and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication skills
- An affinity for team development and organisational development
