The Stadion Apotheek in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid has recently reopened following a thorough refurbishment. You’ll be working in a fresh, modern environment with all the latest conveniences: two medicine dispensing machines, smart work processes and a customer-friendly layout that makes working there pleasant and efficient.

What will you be doing?

As a pharmacy assistant at the Stadion Apotheek:

• You’ll ensure that medication is dispensed safely and carefully.
• You’ll provide information and advice on prescription and over-the-counter medicines.
• You’ll process prescriptions efficiently and accurately.
• You’ll contribute to the high quality of our pharmaceutical care.
• You’ll work alongside colleagues and other healthcare professionals at the health centre.

About us

Stadion Apotheek is a friendly, medium-sized pharmacy on a lively high street on Olympiaplein in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid. We are easily accessible by tram 24 and bus 15, and have recently become part of the OCTA Pharmacy Group. Together with Apotheek Oud-Zuid, Apotheek de Schinkel and Apotheek dr. de Haan, we form Cluster Zuid. Together, we provide the best possible care for our clients in Amsterdam Zuid-West every day.

Our company culture and the team

You’ll join a close-knit team comprising 1 pharmacist, 5 pharmacy assistants, 3 support staff and 1 delivery driver. We enjoy working together and believe a good atmosphere is just as important as precision. There’s scope for your further development, whilst we’re small enough to really get to know one another. Our customers are just as diverse as the neighbourhood itself: local residents, mental health care institutions and home care clients. Amsterdam-style friendliness, with a warm heart for care.

You care deeply about patients and have an eye for quality. You work meticulously, enjoy getting stuck in and are proactive. You like to contribute ideas on how we can organise our processes even more efficiently. You are available for at least two days a week and feel involved in the day-to-day running of the pharmacy.
