All-round Logistics Staff
Who are we?
The OCTA Pharmacy Group is a major organisation in the healthcare sector, with over 900 employees throughout the Netherlands. OCTA comprises wholesalers, hubs (a kind of small warehouse) and more than 50 pharmacies.
You will be working at Fresco Farma, which is part of OCTA.
From our hubs, we prepare medicines for our own pharmacies throughout the country. This is how we ensure that medicines arrive at the pharmacies safely, on time and in the correct condition.
Your role
Our branch in Almere is looking for logistics staff to join our team. You’ll be sorting, picking and packing medicines so that they can be transported correctly to our pharmacies across the country. This work requires little physical strength, but does require accuracy, as well as standing and walking.
The workplace is being refurbished and is located in the Pharmacy department. This means that working conditions are excellent: clean, warm, safe and healthy. There is no exposure to harmful noise or hazardous substances.
What will you be doing?
- Sorting medicines
- Picking and packing orders
- Preparing medicines for dispatch to pharmacies
- Ensuring everything is tidy and ready on time
What do you bring to the role?
- Accuracy and an eye for detail
- Willingness to stand and walk
- We would like staff to be able to communicate with each other (verbally) in Dutch.
- Flexibility and a positive work ethic
- (Preferred) Category B driving licence
